Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing it.
• Your refund will be received in your bank in 3 to 4 working days
• If the product is not delivered due to unforeseen reasons on our end.

No refunds will be processed for orders that are cancelled after 24 hours or for products once shipped.

Refunds are not available for delivered products. However, we do offer a replacement in the following case:

• If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
