Customers can request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Your refund will be received in your bank in 3 to 4 working days.

After 24 hours of order placement, cancellation and refund will not be possible.
2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing it.

If the product is not delivered due to unforeseen reasons on our end.

No refunds will be processed for orders that are cancelled after 24 hours or for products once shipped.
3. Replacement Policy

Refunds are not available for delivered products. However, we do offer a replacement in the following case:

If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
