1. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Your refund will be received in your bank in 3 to 4 working days.

  • After 24 hours of order placement, cancellation and refund will not be possible.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

    • If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing it.

    • Your refund will be received in your bank in 3 to 4 working days.

    • If the product is not delivered due to unforeseen reasons on our end.

  • No refunds will be processed for orders that are cancelled after 24 hours or for products once shipped.

3. Replacement Policy

  • Refunds are not available for delivered products. However, we do offer a replacement in the following case:

    • If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • Customers do not need to return the damaged product. Instead, kindly send us an email with product details and clear photos at info@u-sip.in to request a replacement.
